I agree but seems this has been talked about for years. Talking gets you nothing but action does. All we need is an MT to get up and say, "OK, I will do this"...and ALL the other MT's need to do is start emailing that person stating their concerns. That's what it is all about, communication, unanimity, (where do you think the word union came from)? It seems easy enough and well past due. Don't just complain; here is a chance to make a difference; so just jump in and do it. Let's stop the talk about it; "walk tall and carry a big stick" and unionize.
