 I had one when I was working in-house. It was an OP report...C-section with tubal ligation. Got through the C-section fine, then he went into the tubal ligation. "sook the fatu, gasped and like it". "Translation: took the fallopion tube, grasped it and lysed it". It took me a while to figure it out. I guess you have to pay attention to the part of the body the dictator is talking about and half-way know what they do in a tubal ligation! I guess the more you do the more you learn! I figure that if push comes to shove I will apply at the UN as an interpreter!
