depending on the type of dictation, length of report, how much you could normalize, etc.I am lucky to break 1600 lines per 8 hour day on op accounts that I am very familiar with. May I ask, how and how much they are paying you for this amount of work? Unless you can train your children, hubby and the family pets to keep the computer working 24/7 or close to that, would probably avoid this job.
