Especially if it provides for child care or you need chronic meds or medical services. You can probably also use it to get glasses, contacts, dentures or to help offset copays for emergency medical services. It reduces your taxable income. If you have questions about it, check with my HR person. This was my first year with it and I consider it a very good benefit.
