?? about flexible spending accounts. DH

now has this through his company. Where does that money come from? I know if we don't use it we lose it, but if it isn't coming out of my pocket I'm not so concerned. This is our first time with it and I only elected a small amount that I knew we would use. I haven't seen any $$ coming from DH check and didn't know if this money was put up by the company or was some type of government issue.
