I am seeing more grammar errors in new transcriptionists. I have to point these errors out because the work I do is randomly audited also. Plus, our QA is held to a productivity standard just as the MTs. I am wondering if the coursework for transcription is spending enough time on "plain on English," punctuation and grammar since the MTs have to correct much that is dictated incorrectly these days.
