Is it normal to have majority ESLs

.Every time I sign on to work mostly really bad ESLs are dictating -- is this normal? All discharge summaries, so not a lot of normals there. I know that it is very depressing, especially since I have a set amount of money I need to make and I am definitely not making any money. Thanks.
