with out without spaces?

I ran Sylcount IV on 21 files, with and without spaces. These are the figures I got:

with spaces - 949 lines
without spaces 812 - lines

For the sake the discussion, you want to be paid 9 cpl for the "traditional line" (which includes spaces). Multiply 949 x 0.09 and you would have been paid $85.41 for the reports.

To convert that to without spaces, divide 812 into $85.41 and you would have to bill 10.4 cpl to be equally compensated.

But this is with a small batch of files for one particular account. You need to run larger batch from a variety of accounts to get a better statistical average.
