Work at home

I am not a new transcriptionist. I have 20+ yrs experience in this field. However, I would like to work from home. I live in Michigan and jobs are tight, to say the least. This is not a big city and most of the transcription jobs are sewed up tight. So I'm looking for a reputable company. I've heard a lot of nightmare stories and I'd like to avoid those pitfalls, if at all possible. Is there any one who might be able to give me some pointers or head me in the right direction? Needless to say, I love doing what I do. After more than 20 yrs it's still the occupation that lights me up. I'd appreciate any info or input i can get.
