jobs going overseas. Have you ever called one of those 1-800 help lines? We just spent several days trying to get Quicken support from India. They couldn't understand much of what we said. It was hours and hours of frustration, even though they were trying very hard to be helpful. Even if the jobs do go overseas initially, I believe they will come back. America is full of different accents and medical transcription is full of weird abbreviations and long difficult words. This is definitely an American worker niche.
