a lot of times once you establish a relationship with a practice, then it is easier to convert them to digital. They trust you and know that you will do what needs to be done and they will not get ripped off. For a lot of people, that still counts for a whole lot, unbelievably even more than the almighty power of money found outsourcing to the cheapest company found.
