Hi Ladies: I need a little advice or at least your opinions. I have a large clinic that wanted to try out our digital handheld recorders. We set up 3 of their 21 drs on them. They say that they "love the service" but are not adding on any other drs. Also, 1 of the 3 left to another practice, so now we are down to 2 of their drs. All of their other drs are using tapes via a courier service and getting 1 to 1-1/2 week TAT. I told myself that I was no longer going to deal w/ tapes due to the time involved converting tapes to WAV and the cost for courier, but now I'm second guessing myself. I know that if I were to get the rest of their drs that it would be a lot of $$ each month....so, wouldn't it be worth the time to convert to WAV and provide courier? I know there is time involved in converting to WAV but wouldn't it be worth it? Anyone have ideas on making conversion to WAV any quicker? I have used Goldwave or Dictation Buddy in the past. Thx for your help.
