Anyone have any ideas how to get a 4 (almost 5 y/o) to take amoxicillin - sm

She has strep throat, and will not take the medicine (liquid) though we got it flavored for her....she asked for chocolate. I just don't want to have to take her either to get shots or an IV if I can avoid it. She fights like the dickens so physical restraint is hard and I don't like to do it anyway....probably traumatize her for life (I know the throat culture/swab did today). We thought of mixing it in pudding or ice cream but if she doesn't eat it all due to it tasting funny then she won't get the benefit of a full dose. Totally aggravating, right now I am holding a toy hostage and she is in her room until she takes the medicine......I have to do this 2 x a day for the next 10 days, I will go crazy! She does the same thing with any medicine, took me a half hour to get Tylenol in her last night when she had a 102.4 fever! HELP!!!!!!
