It depends on the kind of accounts this person is doing. It might be possible for an experienced nurse with excellent biology and A&P backgrounds, excellent typing and spelling skills, and an above average IQ to do some clinic notes, but there is no way they would be equipped to do acute care, pathology, cardiology, or radiology work.
