put the word out to their employees that the Lanier name should no longer be used -- anywhere --so, if you are having trouble finding someone to help that may be the reason. I don't know if people outside Lanier can fix them because we always had Lanier technicians when we needed help (right after we screamed, yelled, complained, for about three weeks first). I'm no longer MQ so maybe someone else might know the answer about how to find that information. Good luck
