In my case, it means they just hired a bunch of new

transcriptionists and are giving them my work and putting me on new dictators that are much less than the "cream of the crop" and that nobody else wants. I keep getting the feeling that they hired these new transcriptionists at a lower cpl rate than they are paying me, and they are trying to get me to quit because that's not the only thing that's changed lately.

No problem from this end, though, because I've found another job, have filled out all the paperwork, and am just waiting for the computer to arrive.
