I stood in line for 1-1/2 hours to inquire about the "download your W2s" I heard talked about on the radio.

The taxman said he'd never heard of it - would not accept it in preparing my taxes - and then said NEXT....................

Also, just so you all will know this - Telephile is being phased out never to return.

They are now sending people in our town to go stand in line "first come/first served" to get tax help at the local post office "down the road" - to have taxes E-filed.
