microsoft word question

this moron placed a shortcut to a template on my toolbar. I DONT WANT THIS SHORTCUT ON MY TOOLBAR. it is my custom toolbar and i dont want to take the time to re-do it. can anyone tell me HOW DO YOU REMOVE SOMETHING OFF A TOOLBAR LIKE A SHORTCUT TO A TEMPLATE? I can screen shot if you need to see what I am talking about. FIrst the shortcut doesnt work, second, the guy is stupid and can't figure out what I am asking, and third, I just need it gone, so if anyone can help, I would love you forever.
