I work for 1 or 2 hours, then straighten up the house and wipe down the bathrooms or take the dog for a walk. Go back to work for 2 more hours, by now I had 4 cups of coffee, and by then it is lunch time. Take a break for lunch, and go back for another 1 or 2 hours. Stop - get dinner ready - after dinner go to the gym and sometimes I work at night. Some days I alternate the gym time and go in the morning - it all depends on how busy my accounts are that day. Exercise and a quick walk outside, even in the below 0 degree weather, is refreshing for me. On days I can't get to the gym, I run up and down the stairs for 5 or 10 minutes.
