MedQuist Transcriptionist Lawsuit

I am an attorney located outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who is investigating the allegations of fraudulent billing practices and related matters involving MedQuist. In the course of my investigation, I have discovered that a lawsuit is pending on behalf of MedQuist transcriptionists who were paid on a "per line" basis. The allegations are that MedQuist systematically underpaid its transcriptionists by undercounting and/or deflating the number of transcribed lines.
