OK I'm out of MQ work. How many have work and what date/time is the dictation

Just curious because I suspect as cost-cutting measure based on legal fees and losing accounts MQ may be shipping more work offshore. Not a MQ bash. Just curious as to why we are running out of work more often than not this year.
