I've worked for a few docs that do Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. Sometimes they will say cervical and thoracic areas, thoracic and lumbar areas or thoracic, lumbar and sacral areas, but other times they just combine them: cervicothoracic, thoracolumbar or even thoracolumbosacral. It can get confusing, but either way is acceptable. Hope it helps.
