You're absolutely right. In 2000, I took a refresher just b/c it was free and they weren't far from me. They picked the goofiest, loudest females to work in the busiest offices that make the most moneyand told me I was over-experienced, so I continued with my own tax business..."How many times have you heard that" It's really a commissioned based-sweat shop. My former boss even worked for them as a night manager. She can't even type a memo without mistakes, but she had "the look" (knowwhatImean)...They have become just as money-hungry as any other corporation.
