I read the link about Electronic Signatures because I also have a small account with one doc asking for it and I don't feel comfortable with it. I have been researching this and still don't know exactly what the legality of it is with MT's. If the contract still has to print the report for the chart, doesn't it make sense that the doctor personally sign it as to gaurentee that he "read" it and approved it. Anymore information on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
