and I have heard that the owner is a real jerk. He tells the transcriptionists how many lines they have transcribed and they can't seem to get any information at all. Most people who go there don't stay long so it doesn't become a huge issue! lol.... BTW...when I worked at MQ they provided us with ability to monitor line counts, etc., but that didn't stop them from "fixing" the total number of lines transcribed...
