Legal or illegal???

Under IC IRS law....

Is it legal or illegal for a company to provide NO MEANS of the IC having access to their own productivity stats?

For example, the IC types and types...and then the MTSO provides the line counts after the fact, sometimes the following day, sometimes days after. Is this shades of MQ?
