I was on ASR and it increased my productivity almost nil and I decided against

doing it anymore. I think you will find it is not any better than typing if you are a fast typist. I think most people have found the same thing. I can pull my own reports up on easy dictators and do it myself rather than VR putting in weird things you have to take out all the time.
