You mean they could cut us again ? on what grounds?

That absolutely WILL be the last straw for me.

I mean they don't pay us anything during the learning curve to learn new programs and we are fumbling around trying to produce. We eat the down time - not them.

Now if they want to lower line rate just because we POSSIBLY can do more - and so far I have not heard that's so but I suppose it could be - well, I'll be outta here.
