Is anyone working on MQ ASR/VR? Have you increased your productivity and has MQ

We are going on VR soon and the paperwork they sent us said there was going to be an increase in productivity which in turn MQ is passing savings on to the hospital/clients and skimming from the MTs by lowering line rate. Anybody have any experience with MQ VR?
