Anyone know of any available overflow work?

I know you ladies represent an assortment of companies out there. Do you know of anyone who needs any overflow work a couple of hours per day and some weekends, preferably for ER work? 10 years acute care exp, 3 years clinic, and currently have a full-time job with three clinics I do on my own, but the work has been incredibly slow since Thanksgiving, plus I'm getting BORED. Always liked doing ERs, esp associated with trauma centers. Editing experience also.
