I would like to know something. Medquist hired me on with no commitment to days and hours as an IC. I have now been told, as has everyone on my account, that we are to work no less than 20 hours per week. This is MANDATORY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. Can they legally MAKE me work 20 hours per week if I did not hire on with that commitment?

Truth is, the whole issue is not going to affect me anyhow as I've found another job and look forward to saying adiós. Just wondering what gives them the right to change the rules in the middle of the game.
