I dealt with this guy in 99 or 2000. Don't let this guy scam you. MT Desk.com has hundreds of posts on this. I managed to get him to refund half of my money. But I did learn that recently that there have ben MANY BBB complaints and they resolve those acutal complaints submitted to them so as to keep a good standing.

Of course, since he uses religion to hook people, and get people to believe him, tell him that an ordained minister, as he is, I later learned, shouldn't take advantage of people trying to get their start in life.

Hope it helps, but I only got half my money back when he was based out of Littleton, CO and he was also running counseling services there. Tell him you want a FULL refund and will send him back his software, and you won't complain to Better Business and he will respond, if not, file the complaint with the office he in Valrico where he is listed, which happens to be 5 miles from the company he made you order the software from. Which is a Mail Boxes Etc. address. All of this is available on MTDesk.com do a search on the message boards for AMA.... By the way, class actions are never worth it. You get back a few dollars 5 years from now....
