I already have a traditional bachelor's degree in business. I am working toward my RN license. I have taken many classes online. The only difference between my classes and the traditional students is that I don't drive down to campus for lectures. Sometimes my lectures are streaming video online and sometimes just slides. I take the same tests and turn in the same assignments the traditional students do. I must go to campus or another facility to have tests proctored, and I must go to campus for labs just like the regular students. Please don't devalue my hard work and sweat. I'm simply more of an independent learner. Some online degrees may be a scam, but I'm working hard for mine. As for the original question--bachelor's, masters and PhD in a few months--doubt it.
