First suggestion: Spreadsheet. Excel. Set up your basic spreadsheet with your formulas. Just enter the end results, template, and let it calculate for you. Second suggestion: Wouldn't do work I didn't get paid for. Doesn't matter that those are already typed -- you have to insert them, and sometimes probably adjust a bit. I would at the VERY least get a flat rate for each template used.
