but I haven't used it -- I have heard it can be hard to set up, especially with regard to firewalls. Worked for an MTSO that used it for one account and the connection wasn't reliable. I don't know the details, though. I use Go To My PC and print remotely. It works like a charm. It is encrypted enough, IMO, to be HIPAA-compliant, based on what I know of HIPAA, which doesn't to my knowledge have specific encryption requirements. Go To My PC uses 128-bit SSL encryption. It costs $20/month or $180/year for 24/7 access. I pick up my voice files using it, do the transcription at home, and then send the file back to the client's office and print it at their office. I have only been doing this for a couple of months. So far, it has been perfect. You can check it out at www.gotomypc.com
