I know, the account I do on the side right now was handed to me by the clinic my sister worked for (has since quit) who had 66 tapes staring at her when she got back from surgery in Florida. (The two other transcriptionists could not keep it caught up). Her manager dismantled the whole transcription department and went to Acusis while she was on sick leave. (very unfortunate, they lost a great worker). But anyway, between me and her we caught up the whole clinic within a week.

I know when I am doing working for this clinic, when all the doctors are put on this service which farms out to India that I can use them as a reference, but they are in Florida, I am in Chicago... so word of mouth wont be possible there.
