that's the problem. We are ALL not cushy enough to tell them to take their jobs and shove them. We all have bills to pay and mouths to feed and frankly I think every single one of us is secretly scared to death we will never find another job if we quit the one we have...or it will not pay as much...or it will be WORSE. That's what keeps all the companies being more and more abusive...our collective fear. We DO need a union. It is TIME. We need some muscle. THen again...it may be too late. Those offshore MTs are pretty much used to being abused anyway so perhaps they don't mind. I mind. I would love to find a good company that did what they say they are going to do, they paid me on time (and correctly). Benefits? WOW...what a concept. Time off? Some far away dream. Is there sucha company out there or do all of them stay up nights figuring out new and ever more creative ways to screw us around?
