No, they did not write "SCREW" in a company document. They made it abundantly clear that the burden was to be shared amongst the MTs willingly OR everyone would have to work regularly scheduled days/hours. If my bank balance was cushy enough to allow someone to let me go with no backup plan, then of course I'd do it and tell 'em where to shove it. BUT it isn't. I have bills to pay, mouths to feed, and need the regular income. But believe you me...I AM looking for a better company. Seems these days we all are. Is there such a thing any more?
