working on the holidays is your idea of respect, you get what you deserve. Sometimes you got to give what you get. If I had to ding my hand on a piece of furniture, my hand would be hurt and I would say so. If I was mentally sick of not getting incentive pay, I would be too sick to work and I would tell them. And if I was ticked off about holiday pay, I would tell them too. And BTW, the owner ASSumed all MTs were liars because of one person, that is hardly respect being shown to you and it is kind of STUPID on the owner's part. But I'm on the outside looking in and it sounds to me like you just want to vent and don't want advice.

I will bottom line this for you though regarding respect. Read your post over and see where the owner has given you respect.
