And threatened to let you go? Do you have a contract with them? Anything in new hire paperwork about working holidays or incentive pay? They sound like a small and unprofessional company. The company I work for gives us certain holidays off with pay. If we choose to work them, we get holiday and incentive pay. I guess I'm a weird one. I wouldn't have worked and would have let them fire me.
