I think "not paying on the same line counting basis" is very different than "charge a hospital or client MORE than you pay your employees". To me, the difference is fraudulence versus probably the standard.

Many MTs worked for MedQuist and felt there were problems in this area, but they could not prove them. This is not a frivilous lawsuit filed to make money for the attorneys or hospitals; it is serious. I have learned that there is hard-core evidence in the possession of the attorneys. I have been told the suit won't be settled in the very near future, but the proof will be shown by the end.
