Recently, I was having terrible problems trying to get two Symantec products to work together (Norton's Internet Security & pcAnywhere), and ended up having to call them. This guy overseas, who had a very heavy accent, actually said: "Please to speak more clearly and please to speak more slowly". So I told him: "Please to learn to speak English", and then I hung up.
