Why are you so angry? I think she used the term command appropriately in this situation. Medical transcription is a very skilled field and those of us who are quality as well as quantity driven deserve to be compensated for that.

Right now, when the services can use offshore transcriptionists for about 3 cents per line, then pay the "real mccoy" 4 cents a line to "proofread" (which in a lot of cases means re-transcribe), they have a racket going.

I think it's about time someone pointed this out. Command in this context is very appropriate.
