If you want a dictionary and word/abbreviation expander in one, try Smartype. It seems pricey, but you don't have to look words up to see how to spell them, and it has instrumentation, drugs, syndromes, etc. All sorts of terminology in there. But DON'T buy it from Stedmans. Buy it from Barb Grow at www.remotemt.com. She wrote the book on it! I've used it since its inception (dos & Word) and swear by it. Can do long words with three keystrokes and I don't have to memorize them.
