It probably depends on teh company you are working for but I ahve Gear Player and it is easy to use and have been using it for almost a year now without problems or incidents. has some neat features, tells you how long you are typing, how long you have actually been with a file, can easily fast forward and reverse, can easily jump if need be...............it has been a good product for me.
