I am starting my own home-based transcription business and would like to be able to receive and send files back to the doctors via the internet.

I am looking also for information on the most secure method of doing this, would it be with an SFTP site (secure FTP site), VPN with email in MS Outlook, or other method.

I don't want to pick up and deliver, because I can type quite fast and want to offer them a better turnaround than they are getting now with going all digital.
