How do I change dictaphone 0421 security #?

I bought a used 0421 dictaphone off of ebay and when I hit the PROGRM key (upper left) I get "ENTER SECURITY #". I do not know the number and need to find out how to change this. Can anyone help me with this. I really need to get this set up a.s.a.p. so I can get back to work. I have never used one of these before! Thank you!!!
