I can help you with your questions and have a used unit you can purchase if interested. new it was $15,000, am selling for $4,000 (801) 860-8400. it is very simple, basic and works great! 8 lines on the computer for drs. to call in and transcriptionists to type from. I can explain it all. The drs love it.
