Dictaphone headset adapter

I have an Dictaphone adapter that you use with a regular headset that has a 3.5 mm plug. The headset gets plugged into the adapter and then the adapter plugs into the C-Phone, etc. The part that plugs into the Dictapone has two small prongs on it. I am asking 10.00 for this hard to find helper.
