I am looking to start my own medical transcription service where I employ medical transcriptionists. I am trying to find the right equipment so that I can offer phone dictation/transcription and even though I use a phone now as a medical transcriptionist, I do not know what my company would need in order to provide this service. If anyone knows what the equipment is called or some names of companies that sell this equipment, I would be very greatful. Thanks,
